Connie & Mike's Elegant and Ethereal Garden Inspired Carneros Resort Wedding

Carneros Resort, Napa

Summer

Connie & Mike’s Carneros Resort wedding took place in the last days of summer in the heart of Napa Valley, surrounded by rolling hills of grapevines. Connie has a naturally elegant and refined style, and to complement that we wanted the design of their wedding to be ethereal and beautiful, pulling from English gardens as inspiration to achieve the vibe of a dreamy garden party. We chose a color palette consisting mostly of neutrals, highlighted by soft pinks, yellows, and purples.

Naomi & Andrew's Autumnal Beaulieu Garden Wedding

Beaulieu Garden, Napa

Autumn

Naomi & Andrew’s Beaulieu Garden wedding took place at the beginning of October as the leaves started to change from summer to autumn. We worked through many design iterations before finally landing on a palette of neutrals with moody touches to accent the changing season. To adorn the ceremony at the Sunken Garden, our florist designed a floral nest that surrounded our couple at the altar, and lined the aisle with ground arrangements as well to seamlessly draw the eye towards the altar. We selected clean, timeless rentals of washed wood chairs with stoneware plates and gold flatware, and incorporated contrasting textures of velvet and linen for the tablecloths and napkins. Clusters of fruit were added to the tablescape design for an organic and homey touch.

Sara & Ethan's Modern Wedding with Thoughtful Design and Artful Touches

Fort Mason, San Francisco

Summer

Sara & Ethan sought to create a curated and thoughtful experience to share with their guests for their modern wedding, which included special touches like bonsai-wishing-trees placed upon a custom built table, a band-led walk to dinner, and poem cards for their guests. Sara wore a structured Carolina Herrera gown, styled with a gently wavy, sophisticated ponytail and minimal jewelry. Sara & Ethan come from a background of experience in architecture and design, and naturally landed upon the work of Dutch landscape architect Piet Oudolf as a source of inspiration for florals. Their florist, Lambert Floral Studio, suggested a large-scale garden installation stretching across the center of their reception space. Using primarily perennial grasses and other herbaceous plants, he created a textural garden reminiscent of the way plants would spontaneously grow in the wild, painting with plants in the style of Piet Oudolf.

Patricia & Shaikh's Italian-Inspired Summer Villa Montalvo Wedding

Villa Montalvo, Saratoga

Summer

Inspired by the Italianate architecture of Villa Montalvo, design elements were selected that would reflect the Mediterranean spirit throughout our entire event. Hand-painted chargers reminiscent of painted tiles with watercolor oranges were chosen, mirrored by the cutest kumquat clusters in the centerpieces. The theme of our florals was easy breezy, abounding with delicate twirling floral vines and organic shapes. We also incorporated cane-backed chairs, woven lanterns, and coastal lounge seating for a laid-back vibe.

Sally & Andrew's Whimsical and Classic Beaulieu Garden Wedding

Beaulieu Garden, Napa

Summer

Sally & Andrew’s late summer Napa wedding at Beaulieu Garden featured whimsical floral illustrations and a colorful palette, tastefully and classically brought together. Beaulieu Garden was the perfect setting for their English countryside garden inspired wedding, from their ceremony at the Sunken Garden to dinner served under the Arbor. Their wedding was full of the most joyous smiles and beautiful details - but the star of the show has to be their handsome little guy, the cutest pomsky, Taeyang.
